What Do You Collect?
I thought it would be interesting to know what others collect. I have not done if for a while, but I love items from the Art Deco era. eBay was my friend for many years. One of my favorite things to collect are the naked lady decorator items (figurines, lamps, plates, pictures, clocks, etc.) from that era.
What do you collect?

Re: What Do You Collect?
Oh sheesh, what *don't* I collect (or at least "accumulate")
While I've done my share of online buying, I gotta say that for me it lacks the kind of immediate involvement that adds so much to the experience for me. Though the end result might be to obtain the desired item(s), the search itself is something I enjoy and I just don't experience that the same way doing it online.

I collect wristwatches. My Omega Seamaster Professional chronometer is still my favorite one of all.

This is what I want to collect. My parents bought me an Emporio Armani chronometer as a graduation present. I think it would be cool to have some other watches.
Expensive hobby though!

Consider playing Bioshock (pc game). Best art deco work I have seen in years. The Rocketeer has a bit as well.

I am trying to get help The wife laughs because of my emotional attachment to the first server I ever bought. An old VA Linux server that is sitting in it's original box under our bed. I just have not been able to bring myself to get rid of it. Paid about $12K for it new, worth about $20 now
