I would specifically like some info on the Bel Vector 995 vs 895. Anyone have one? Adequate or no? False alarms?
Thanks,
JJ

Google for "Craig Petersen" and "Valentine" for more info.

You might be right about that Petersen guy, don't know anything about him...but I do know that BEL and Escort are fine products, and I'd recommend them above nearly everything else on the market...V1 withstanding (haven't tried that one).

People visit radartest.com and think they're getting unbaised reviews. They're not. http://www.google.com/search?hs=uXp&...ll&btnG=Search

In the 2 months I have had it, it has nailed all three radar bands + laser. There are some falses, but I do not think you can avoid that with any model. The nice thing about my Bel is that is shows band and strength. The falses are usually x-band with low signal strength. Go with the 995 if you can find a good deal.
