Help with Finance topics?

I'm starting a new career which involves heavy finance knowledge. Can anyone recommend an introductory book (not a text book) to read to help me understand the basics of finance (ie PV, NV, IRR, Amortization schedule, Cap Rate, etc.) Thank you!

Having two finance degrees myself and a career in the industry, I'd suggest either of these books.
