Got a great weekend of detailing related projects planned!
Tomorrow I'll be up at 6am, load up the car and off to a detail a Mercedes CLK which is about an hour away from where I live.
Should get home around 6pm, then its reload the car with detailing gear for a day of demonstrations... Will need to get an early night, as I'm attending and doing rotary polishing demonstrations at a detailing meet in Birmingham - which is about 350 miles away from where I live. So up at 2am, leave around 230am and get there about 830am ready for the meet... Then leave to come home that evening around 5pm, should be back around midnight.
I love long weekends of detailing, especially meets as thats the spirit of detailing for me, helping folks get started with the PC and discussing techniques with like minded enthusiasts and professionals. Also glad of my Volvo S60, 2.4 litre D5 diesel engine just hoovers up the miles with ease, best seats of any car I've sat in, and 40+mpg!
