| RIP Scooter
Having spent the first 14 years of my life growing up in Upstate NY and playing baseball, it's not hard to believe that I'm a die hard fan of Yankee baseball. I didn't check to see if anyone had posted about Phil Rizzuto's passing today, so I apologize if someone already did. Phil Rizzuto was a REAL Yankee. It brought me great sadness to hear of his passing. His expressions and his sense of humor made Yankee baseball that much more enjoyable to watch. So, I dont know how many Yankee fans there are on this board, but MLB sure lost a good one today. I think the phrase "Holy Cow" should be on a plaque and retired right next to number 10 in monument park.
