Did you ever check the porperty lines out your self to see if they were indeed ok? what do the other neighbors on the other side of him have to say about his attiude? I may have missed your response in one of these posts, if so I'm sorry. I have had to deal with afew hard to live with people over the years and moving is not such a bad thing sometimes.
