Quick, hold your breath and do the tires. I bet the interior would be hard to clean too.

Re: Washing with Pool Water...

One of my friends was on a cleanup crew that went down to Biloxi after Katrina came through and he said that they were cleaning up debris from a pool and at the bottom was a brand new corvette with the stickers still in the windows.

Re: Washing with Pool Water...

Another good corvette story is when another friend worked at a Chevrolet dealership. He was watching the passenger side of the car when it was being backed off the shipping trailer and the guy backing it up was watching on the drivers side. Well.....I guess he had the door opened a little too far and it caught part of the trailer on the way down and put a crease in the door. They then drove the car literally next door to the local metal recycling place and crushed it. It wold have killed me to have watched that.

I don't see the broken wall. I think the fellow in the hardhat is driving the wrecker in the background. Obviously the minivan came from the right. You don't need to make skidmarks to drive into a pool.

Um...they crushed a brand-new car because it got a crease in the door? I smell BS...

Yep, they did. They would not have been able to sell it as a brand new car because it would have had a new door and would have been painted so the dealership got more money because of the insurance. Honest to God truth.

That still doesn't make any sense, unless you are trying to say the dealer defrauded the ins. co. by crushing the car and telling them it got totaled being unloaded from the truck.
