Hey guys, i was offered an interesting job by a bandmate of mine. he wants his Les Paul Studio guitar detailed. I was curious as to who has done something like this before and if the paint is similar in characteristics to car paint at all? I figured i'd clean/oil the fretboard with lemon oil, and hit up the body with some
menzerna by hand, followed by some
klasse and topped off with some Gold Class. as for the gold parts, what's a good gold polish to use? this will be a fun learning experience for me and a chance to break into another niche. Any Thoughts?
