Re: New Products To Try Out!

Pretty cool. I remember I found some old car detailing products in my grandpa's garage-I think they were from the 70's or so. Any idea how old those are?

Re: New Products To Try Out!

These are from the 70's as well...the oldest one is dated 1950

I bought them at a "flea market" type thing I went to on Memorial Day...The *cough* hillbilly *cough* I bought them from was also selling a brown grocery bag full of Playboys from the 70's for $5 a bag

Re: New Products To Try Out!

I think I would have taken the Playboys! I would take those straight to a household/hazerdous waste program. Theres a reason they dont use the chemicals used back in the 70's anymore! Do yourself a favor, place the contents of each, in a cheap plastic container, rinse each container out with solvent, and dispose of........then keep the original containers for nostalgia....

Re: New Products To Try Out!

I do remember my dad using some of those products in the late 60's and myself too in the 70's. Great museum pieces for a display!
