Never happened to me. I have days when I just don't feel like doing it, but I've never not been able to "perform" when called upon. That being said, I think it's only a matter of time until all men are in this situation so don't feel too bad about it.

I like to take the initiative and get real aggressive... always fixed it for me. Sometimes a big piece of meat for dinner or a couple red bulls first really gets the testosterone going for me.

Dude don't sweat it. The more you think about it and dwell on it the more it is going to affect you. There are so many things that can affect Mr. Happy.
For example my fiance and I once planned this beautiful weekend getaway to Catalina, 2 days before I got a cold, I didn't want to blow the trip so I just swallowed a bunch of Aleve Cold and Flu, and chased it with robitussin. The point is I was able to physically be there with her but my blood was so thin from all the cold medicine that it prevented other functions from well functioning.
Sooner or later it happens to every guy whether or not they admit it, just remember it's not like you are never going to be able to perform again, just relax, maybe use your partner to practice your ahem, "oral presentation" skills.
