Neighbor's lawn mowers came to do a spring cleaning today...

..while I was waxing the van.

I began my wash at around 9:00 and after washing wanted to wax the van to add another layer of Collinite 476S. However, after I was halfway through waxing, the landscapers come to do their spring cleaning... cleaning ALL the crap that accumulated during the winter. Leaves, dirt, blowing particles, grass, all over the place. And obviously, a lot of those particles got on the paint. So I had a layer of unremoved wax on there and particles covering it... It wasn't their fault, though, one of the people with the blowers actually came to apologize and tried to help me blow off the stuff (dunno if it really helped..)

So I ended up taking a damp waffleweave to get the particles off and then my buffing towel to quickly buff off the wax. Was not such a good day...

that would happen all the time at work. landscapers would come and mow super close to all of the cars (no choice since there is grass there...hehe). the mowers would blow junk all over whatever side(s) were facing the grass. ugh.

They are pretty inconsiderate. I hate that little edge trimmer thing that eats up your sidewalk. And the guys with the leafblowers don't care where they point that thing.

Oh my god...I can't beliee this. This is literally the 4th time in a row the landscapers came out while I was washing the car or about to wash it. I am sick of it. They blow all the crap everywhere and it falls all over my cars. THEY DIDNT COME ALL WEEK and when I finally get my car back from the shop they are here to ruin my day.

The worst part is that they are never predictable when they come. They came Saturday morning at 8am last week. Today they are here at 3:30 pm. I am just furious.

Good reason to do all that stuff yourself. I cant stand people that hire that type of stuff done.. Get out there and do it yourself..
