my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order
to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test, with which
I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don't have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to
get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do on the other hand have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ***. Could you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?????
Interesting......

I think in NYS they may check urine for public assistance but don't quote me on that.
I think it's the way the law is setup. Only certain parties can require someone within their scope of authority to be drug and or alcohol free. Correctional Facilities and Probation/Parole Depts, Employers (including the military) and I think that's it.
What comes into play is self-incrimination and the fact that it's not crime to be high, just to be found in pocession of the required implement's.
I mean ideally they would test everyone who gets services from any government office.

Basically what it is is we have the work done and they don't have to pay for anything until they go to sell the house. And it is all interest free. From what I see, since I don't handle those, is 99% of it is elderly people needing stuff like new windows, roofs, basement waterproofing and so on. Then you have that 100% of the low income people that can't seem to afford home repairs but can afford cigarettes, booze, and a Cadillac in the driveway.

JJ | Although traces of substances can be found in hair for a very very long time, it only takes one haircut to remove any traces of it. New hair won't have it in them. Unless the substance is still in your blood.

The most commonly used substances actually stay in the hair for quite sometime.

You left out that the Cadillac is also equipped with 24" rims and a lift kit.
People in this country are strange. They seem to believe that they should only spend their money for things that they themselves want. If they don't want it, but need it, then it should be given free. Gotta love this place sometimes!

There is supposed to be a good book out there that a friend of mine is reading, I can't remember the title right now, but it is about how people to day spend and what they spend money on.
I talked to a couple of union electricians and they are in their late 40's. They where talking about how they go to the union hall for work and all of the young guys are sitting there crying the blues because they can't get work. But the young guys have boat payments, cottage payments and so on. They just get in over their heads like a second house, a weekend sports car, and a boat are necessities.

BTW, I see that more with 300s/Chargers/Magnums than Caddys these days.
