Props to properautocare.com !

Recently I placed an order at properautocare.com and requested special shipping arrangements (for extra $'s). Due to an inadvertant error during shipping, the order was placed with standard shipping and sent off to the shipper. On my email notification I noticied this, and all it took was an email to Jan and she arranged to have another set of products sent to arrive by the original expected date.

Now I know a bunch of you will think, "big deal, their fault so they better fix it". Well, you're right, but the ease and quickness to correct the problem I was very surprised and very happy with. As always, Jan was right there to make sure that their customer was treated in a professional manner and it was obvious that she values her customers. Good job to the properautocare.com / CMA organization!

I've done business with most of the forum sponsors and a few other online vendors. All in all I am pleased with the level of customer service and personal touch I've received from them all.

Re: Props to properautocare.com !

I've had several good experiences lately ordering parts for my Mazda off the internet. It's refreshing to get prompt, accurate service in this day and age. And when it isn't accurate, it's nice to have a situation like you mentioned above where they fix the problem promptly and don't just push back delivery or make up excuses.
