Removing drivers seat

I have a little issue with my girlfriends car. Last Holloween, a friend kicked a costume prop deep under her seat. The following weekend I tried pullin it out and accidently unplugged a wire that goes under her seat. Now her car has manual adjustments, so the only feature I disconnected was her electronic adjusted side bolsters. Her seatbelt chime sensor still works fine...

I kept putting it off but this weekend after vacuuming her interior I saw the unplugged wire and figured I would ask for advice.

I asked this advice over at e90post.com and I got a bunch of advice telling me only the dealer should do it. I don't see anything out of the ordinary under there, just that one wire... I know a lot of you guys unscrew the seats of minivans and SUVs to detaila nd vacuum under there. Should I just go for...

I need your approval guys.
