Help with locating Internet radio stations

My brother lives over seas and is looking for a website that allows him to browse through online Internet streaming through his computer for free.

Anyone know of a good site that is easy to navigate and is for free?

I know Yahoo Music, etc. give a broad range of choices.

i used to use winamp a long time ago, I have a tv card now so i get cable, and local radio thru it.

Shoutcast offers a pretty decent collection. It is meant to be used through Winamp, but can also be used by foobar2000, the great media player I personally use (free and open source).

AccuRadio and Pandora are sweet!

I e-mailed them to my brother so he can browse the genres. I bookmarked them for myself and even found some obscure tracks that I listen to on CD.
