Noises Inside Truck Drive Me INSAINE!!!

I have a 2005 Dodge Ram and while driving I hear two different noises from different locations inside the cab. They occur the most when I am going down a bumpy road and the truck is bouncing around. Anyone have any tips on locating these troublesome noises???

Turn up the radio!

Seriously though. Rattles can be hard to isolate. It is best to take it to a road where you know for sure it will act up and have someone else drive down the road while you hunt down the sound. That's what I do to make sure I pinpoint the offending area. Then take 'er back to the driveway and pound it into submission.

haha I already have loud pipes on my hemi!

It's a rattle that is coming from behind the drivers seat (standard cab). Not sure if it is coming from the window behind me or a part behind the plastic/cloth that goes over the metal behind the seat.
