Just an update, as of today 9-27-06 the litings that were in clear violation of DavidB's work has been removed off Ebay. Not to say they will stay off, but I understand Ebay can send some pretty nasty legal threats to people that do this type of thing. So as of right now everything looks good and I am glad that some of you stood up for what was right and contacted both Ebay and the sellers.

Cudos to those.
