For you Golfers

The instructions were for an indoor green, so I modified it for the outside.

I used treated 2x8's and 3/4" plywood instead of 2x4's and particle board. Its 8'x12', the grass is like an artifical turf. The cups were the hardest to install. I used outdoor carpet adhesive and liquid nails for the turf. I used PVC pipe and painted it yellow to put around the edge to keep the balls from falling off. It has natural downhill slant, to make it a little harder on the putts.

Looks good thought about putting a synthetic putting green in my back yard. since we have about 4 months of crappy weather, I decided I can go to the local range and save $1500 have to admit it would be nice to have though. good luck and be careful of that 3 foot downhiller, it is like lightning
