What an absolute lowlife.

I would like to know the full story on the relationship dynamics in this family. Anyway, how low can you possibly be to sue your parents for something like this. What a scumbag.

This sucks.

Worse: A woman abandoned her 6 year old child at the Taste of Chicago.

dont get too hastey. my mother is an insurance adjuster and my wife is an insurance rater. so here is the deal. a while ago i got insurance on my four wheeler for passenger liability, must of sliped through the cracks to get that, but we wrecked and my wife on the back of it cracked her (eye bone) orbital socket and recieved 18 stitches, the insurance denied the claim so my WIFE had to sue me and that is where the insurance came in. we didnt get any extra just the medical paid. so sometimes people over look that but $76k, yea i wish i was the one who made her fall.

agreed, ridiculous as it sounds. I wouldn't put it past anyone these daze as nutty as people are, except for the part about insurance. in colorado, if I'm hit and a passenger is injured, they have to sue me to get any medical coverage whatsoever. haven't checked into my home policy, but I wouldn't doubt that my daughter or best friend or mother or girlfriend would be forced to sue me to recover medical expenses if injured on my property. it's offensive.
