Infiniti Dash Thermometer calibration?

In the last week or so, my G35's dash thermometer has been off 8 or 9 degress from the local weather stations reported temp.

This may not seem like much. But, up to this point, it's been dead on with the local report.

Anyone know anything about Infiniti dash thermometer calibration and if there's a way I can reset the thermometer?

The temp gauge on my G has always been dead on, except for when the car is first started. It takes a few minutes for the temp indicator to read true on mine, which is fine. Is yours off at startup (or 5 minutes after) or is it off even after you've been driving a while?
