Question Have you ever sold products from a booth?

Hello:

I am contemplating setting up a booth at various car shows around the country and selling a couple of non competing lines of products as well as some misc items (car clothing, auto wall clocks, etc.).

My wife and I think this would be fun. We are both retired and would be doing it as a hobby more than income, allthough we want it to at the very least pay for itself.

In my previous business experience I traveled to a lot of trade shows and set them up, sold, and then tore them down so I am familiar with the concept.

Has anyone here ever done this, and did you make any money doing it?

Any thought or comments would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Kimo

While I have no business advice for you off the top of my head, I imagine it would be a lot of fun.
