How do you rename a URL link?

Suppose I want to post a link for a tire dressing article:

http://www.autoint.com/magazine/basi...rotection.html

How can I rename the URL and call it, say, "Tire Dressing Article" or "Link"

Hope it's not too dumb a question

Ok clik on the icon that is a earth with a chain link below it.

A window will pop up that will ask you to name the link, enter your text in this case "tire dressing article"

Click Ok

Then paste in your URL and click Ok.

DONE
