As many of you know, there was a problem with some peoples Optimum Polish being chunky and what not. I emailed Optimum Polymer Technology Inc, and explained my problem only really looking for an explanation. The return mail was prompt, and respectful. Dave told me he would send me a fresh bottle of Optimum Polish upon the return of mine. He emailed me again saying to cover shipping charges, he would throw in a free bottle of OCW. I shipped my bottle of Op back, and today my fresh bottle of Op and OCW came in.
I cant say enough good things about Optimum's customer service. They were very fast, respectful, and they really are looking out for what is in the customers best interest which is a hard thing to find now adays.
Optimum will have a customer for life in me. | |

Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: Cali (Westcoast) Posts: 468 | just to note other have emailed dave and he simply said to replace the bottle and it should take care of the problem i would try that first before shipping it to him but each to there own...also he has found the problem of inconsistency batch but new machinery has been bought and that will take care of the problem.....my bottle of OP, OHCP has no problems but im have way thru it and i just placed another order hope i dont get the old batch ; )...

Not that I have anything against big companies, but I'd always prefer to give my business to the little guys. I always recommend Optimum polishes on other car forums, simply because they work awesome, and the company's customer service is great.
What else can I ask for? Well there are a couple things...lol  | |
