Anyone who orders anything which exceldetail carries from another vendor is seriously off their rocker. I just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life and wanted to tell you guys about it. I couldn't find the thread about favorite vendors, but I can tell you all this much - I will continue to order all my supplies from excel (at least the ones he carries) This is not my first positive experience with him but it was too good to not make a post about. is all I can say.

I commented in a similar recent thread about Excel as well, and I'm happy to repeat the sentiment. Amazing customer service, perhaps equaled by the fast delivery time. Add great forums advice to the mix, and he's certainly got another repeat customer.
