Yeah, that's the fire suppression system. FWIW, it really sucks when a jet is in the hangar and that happens, especially if it gets in the engines. Don't ask me how I know. But, it was one of the quickest aircraft washes I've ever had to do. (I had nothing to do with it going off, I was just on the following shift. We got stuffed with the wash.)
