OK, I could be wrong, but I'm guessing the Enzo weighs a good deal less, and can probably corner harder . . . the two cars duking it out on a track would be interesting to see.
That was some impressive get-up-and-go from the AMG though, especially on the top end.

I highly doubt that as who would go through the trouble of the transplant and then leave it stock?
