Business need help

Hi, i'm from brunei and i'm doing detaling cars during my off days. so i order my stuff from singapore. but recently this company was also interested in meguairs as well. when they found out there was another distributer which is me, they made a deal with singapore so now i have to buy my stuff from them and not singapore. Which means i have to pay more because they have exclusive rights, so they can monopolize the market here. i'm soo pissed off with these companys who wants to make alot of money but do not know anything about the products.

The other day they had a road show, i went up to check it out. They had all the new meguiars nxt line. Then one of the salesman try to explain the nxt spray wax to me, and well his explaination was soo bad i felt like hitting him. They really do not know anything.

My dilemma now is i want to look for other product brands, since i've been using meguiars for a long time, its hard to let go. I have no sense of direction now, so is there anyone who can give me advice or sumting... I just want to open up a proper detaling shop and give proper detaling services....

Everyone at autopia gave everything i needed to know about detailing, the passion the excitement the dedication. I love detailing cars and i would quit my job for that....

Maybe you can check out Menzerna, I know they have a distributor in Singapore and cheaper shipping for you (? probably?) or Poorboys SSRs as well as Optimum Polishes.

You are right about SHH , 'most' of the salespersons haven't got a clue what they are selling. I went in to ask about Last Touch qd...they looked at me as if I'm trying explain the law of relativity to them.

I'm not sure how many cars you do monthly, maybe you could buy Meguiar from the States in gallon size ,that should save you quite a bit and 'fresher' products (?!). Good luck

I know i'm against a giant, but they fall so easily. "A great product is not good if you don't know how to use it" And i'm not thinking of making millions of dollars. I want to become d best! i want to satisfy my clients, whenever i finish doing a clients car, their face lights up.

Well, you can also get Zymol and Menzerna from Indonesia Distributor. I tried Zymol, Menzerna, Meguiar's, 3M and Autoglym. My expereince taught me that Menzerna and Zymol are the best. Meguia's is also good, but still Zymol is best. For compound, I still prefer Menzerna.
