I ordered some Cobra Super-Plush Deluxe MF towels from them last week, got them, and on one of the towels, the binding wasn't stitched properly and it was coming apart in the corner.
I e-mailed them about it, and they said that although they were out of stock on those, they'd send me a Cobra Miracle Towel as the replacement, and didn't ask me to ship the flawed Super Plush back to them.
