When Tom Hanks died in Saving Private Ryan
In Mr. Holland's Opus when the curtain pulls back and he sees all his former students there, ready to play the symphony he has been working on for 20+ years

'Field of Dreams' , when his father comes back to have a catch with him.
'Million Dollar Baby'....'nuff said.
And if 'Lassie' doesn't make you cry, you're a heartless cur !

Although it's a good cry, 'cause I'm so happy for the well deserving people who get a second chance with an awesome house, I get emotional right along with them.

Also, in The Rookie, when Jim Morris (Dennis Quaid) tells his son he got called up to the majors.
Million Dollar Baby was pretty sad too but didn't get to me as emotionally as some other movie. Truly excellent film though, superb acting by all.
