17.0 flat!

Basically once you figure out the angle in the begining, you floor it all the way into the spot then do a quick parallel park.

I creeped forward for one second, turned a hard right, floored it around the cars and right into the parking spot. Then I backed up a bit and went forward until I was in the spot.
