It's kind of common for that GM body(Regal, Cutlass etc.) to be redone with the "street" guys. They do a pretty good job until they get to the obvious with this car.

Local classic/custom car show at the county fairgrounds (in-between Dayton and Columbus, pretty good size show). Summer, 2005. After watching numerous led sleds, tri-fives, Mopars, F-100's, and other slick rides come in the gates, in rolls a mid-80's SS Monte Carlo. Laughter erupts. All around me I see hot rodders nearly in tears. I rub my eyes. In front of me on the main strip entering the grounds sits 26" of wheels, under at least 10" of lift. Driver gets out with has his hat cocked to the side, 15lbs of gold chains, old beat-up basketball jersey, and shorts 5x too big. I smile and appreciate my love for modest custom rides. I think that car brightened everyone’s' day.

Nice color (even if I am biased), but wrong for this year Monte. No offense to bling fans, but IMO I find this kind of stuff to be an abomination to classic cars (I'm not even mentioning on how ridiculous it looks as well as making a mockery of an 'SS car's image).
Sorry, but I think this car needs a high cliff.
Edit: It looks like it was painted well. If they lose the Monster Truck wheels and the cheap grille I may change my mind.
