holy crap! That's a big catfish! Can you imagine the number of fillets you can get from just that one fish?! Maxy.. I think that your chub has some competition lol. It needs more stale cheerios

Holy crap! There are catfish in the Wisconsin River a few miles from my house that get above 50lbs, but that thing is just enormous.

Neo - I just threw a dozen or so Cheerios in the tank...the chub will be preoccupied for a while

-18*? It's actually 39 and sunny here now. I just washed the car.

And no, you really can't fish around here at the moment. There's very little open water, and the ice is too thin IMO. We've had a pretty warm winter so far.

Your thread reminded me of the "salmon semen" thread from a while back. I went back to re-read it and noticed that you posted in that thread that you couldn't see the pic. It's back up now if you want to see it.

I'd hate to see what kind of mess that 190lb catfish could make!
