You can't beat customer service like this.

All bow in the direction of Patrick at excel detail.

I called him last Friday, needing to order a backing plate for my PC. My Meguiars backing plate had begun to melt slightly so pads weren't sticking too well. I had gone by my Meguiars distributor but they were closed (day after Thanksgiving) and I knew it would be a good week before I could get back by. I also was just about out of Vanilla Moose, which would have been a tragedy.

I got hold of Patrick around 3 PM his time on Friday, had the backing plate and Vanilla Moose on Monday. From California to Texas. Can't get any better customer service than that. Plus my candy cane was in one piece.

I'm waiting for those new pads to come in to place an order!

That's funny Scott, my Meguiar's backing plate completely melted too and the edges warped after the second time I used it. I had it as a spare so by the time I got around to using it, a year passed and I couldn't return it In the trash it went and no more Meguiars'backing plates for me.

Yep, Excel detail is top notch! My orders from him get from California to Maryland in 3 maybe 4 days at the latest.

I only deal with two vendors for products and microfiber, and Patrick is one of them. It's always a pleasure dealing with him.

Patrick really is an awesome guy. Had an orange pad I got from him start to peel (velcro was peeling up) took a few pics, emailed him, and he sent me a new one within a week. Really is a genuinely good guy.
