Was looking around on E-Bay and found this store for a local Honda dealer.

They have a bunch of used manuals for sale for different makes / models. Hmmm...
Are they taking manuals out of trade ins? Surely not!
Are dealers so low that they would do this and sell them on E-Bay to make $10?
I actually went to this dealer originally when I was looking at Ridgelines and they were so slimy that I never went back, so I guess it wouldn't surprise me.
Thoughts? Is this a common practice? Sell a car with no manual to make an extra buck? Do they take out the spark plugs, drain the gas and windshield washer fluid as well?
