I purchased some product from him and unfortunately some Quickshine leaked out of the bottle. Without question Patrick shipped me out some product to replace what I lost and tossed in a couple of nice microfiber towels. Now that's what I call customer service.

Patrick is #1 for customer service. I had an issue with a confused shipment and it was fixed over and over again. He is GREAT to deal with.
