Just went over to Detail City and was shocked to see that they had been hacked!!
Funny on one part  but sad on another as I am sure it jacks with everything on the site.

Anthony- Hacking is definitely illegal, and I was thinking the same thing about the message. Truth is, however, the message and the info the person(s) provided are probably not connected with them at all. Those hacker types are too intelligent to incriminate themselves that easily.
GSR- It would be a waste of time, that is most likely not his real address.
