I wish this was my back yard

This is the view from the owner's house towards his stocked pond. Yes, this is the guy with the wood paneled garage.

Pretty nice looking backyard.

Do you happen to know off hand (an estimate) of how many acres this person owns?

Someone needs to detail his backyard the lawn needs fertilizing and the grass is cut to short.
What Tx has no mountains? Here in Ca looks like an average yard.
Here is a pic of my back yard uncut and wild

40-50 acres, I believe. He takes care of his own property too. His wife mows and edges around the house and he takes the riding mower out for the rest of the property. Almost every time I am there, he has work gloves on and is doing chores.
