Someone needs to detail his backyard the lawn needs fertilizing and the grass is cut to short.
What Tx has no mountains? Here in Ca looks like an average yard.

40-50 acres, I believe. He takes care of his own property too. His wife mows and edges around the house and he takes the riding mower out for the rest of the property. Almost every time I am there, he has work gloves on and is doing chores. |
