Exceldetail has the best service ever

I am so impressed with Patrick's service, I just had to post this thread. I placed 2 orders with Excel Detail over the past few months, nothing too big, some MF towels and detailing products however I am blown away by the service that Patrick provides. First of all, I received the products within 2 days of placing the orders but what really impressed me was that both times Patrick sent me a refund for "unused shipping charges". I have never ever received a refund from any company for "unused shipping charges". All other companies would pocket the funds, but not Patrick. If Patrick decides to open a car dealership, I will be his first customer.
Talk about an honest businessman, Excel Detail rocks

I was also very impressed that Patrick refunded extra shipping costs. It definitely shows that he is big on customer satisfaction.

Ditto, ditto, ditto.....I have always appreciated the timely, cost-conscious manner that Patrick does business. He has always sent me a little present in the form of some MF goody as well. Great job, Patrick!

Speaking of Black Labs, i nearly saw one get mauled at the "Dog park" today, by a Pit Bull. Luckily someone stepped in and grabbed the PB off the ground, "gently", lol, layed him on the turf and straddled him with both hands on his head, until the owner made it over. Im not so sure I would have been that brave if i was on that side of the fence......Me and my little "Bruiser" kind of stood there in our safe "little doggy" haven, and thought, *** ?!
Labs are such beautiful canines......

Patrick: unreal what stupidity there is for dog owners. I have a pit bull mix that gets along fine with the lab...they rough house all the time. I recently lost another 'big' pit (74 lbs) and all 3 dogs got along. Every pit, no, every dog I've adopted goes thru obedience training. Maybe we should have a law for the owners instead of blaming the dogs..sheesh

Anyhow...back to your excellent service and products...
