hahah i never forget watching the episode of malcom in the middle and seeing that i was in freaking tears. if i had a car i didnt care about it would be like that all the time if i saw someone out there put a door ding on my car  |

Well, I guess she was right, a door ding wouldn't hurt the resale value of a Tempo, especially since putting gas in one increases the resale value.
Pretty funny, I'd love to have a beater just for such occasions.

  I'm still cracking up after watching that one!
Years ago I had something similar happen. At least with regards to the first scene. I was sitting my ancient Chevy Malibu when some lady opened the door of her beater into it. She didn't even say "sorry". So when I got out of my car I just let one of those big ol' heavy doors loose and it hit with a resounding "thud". I said "Oops. Sorry".  Sometimes driving a beater is so satisfying.
