I may need that feature at my new apartment. Cats are allowed, and even though I have a garage, the individual garages are in one building. The garages are pretty much separated, but there is enough room above the walls that I can climb into the neighboring garages. No I didn't try it! But I did pull myself up and look down on the floor of the next garage.
So IOW, a cat could get into my garage from a neighboring garage. I'll have to put something up there to block those d*mn things from jumping on my car.

Now that is how I should have handled my nieghbor's cat jumping on my car...but the interior clean-up may have been a bit rough.
