Ferrari Catches Fire at Gas Pump

Yeah I saw it on Fox 5 of NY earlier yesterday. The owner said he was a bit sad that his yellow Ferrari got burnt but he was happy it was the car and not him.

I did not see this story but if I am not mistaken the same thing happened to Joey Kramer's Ferrari at a gas station in Mass a few years ago and when I worked for a Ferrari deasler in NE we had an F40 that caught fire while driving...Not good

There was a follow-up to the story on Fox. They said that there were fumes leaking from the fuel tank which were ignited by the hot exhaust. I believe it was the vent line from the Ferrari's fuel tank where the fumes were coming from.
