a. the prospective buyer will wonder why the hood was repainted or
b. the dents will still be there and the car will demand an extra premium because the source will be known.

I'd let her wash my car like that, the hood needs repainting anyway (base coat wasn't laid down well) and since she is filthy rich, she can afford to pay for the damages. Plus, that's hot!
