12 miles in 56 minutes

Skated the back trail at the park tonight, 6 miles each way in 56 minutes with a buddy of mine then got in a couple laps around the main loop with one of the girls I skate with out there.

I figure I can get my back trail time under 50 minutes by mid July. Not bad considering I'll be 44 in less than a month.

Sheesh, you must apparently have cartilage left in your knees, unlike some of us .

Honestly, all I know about my blood type is that it's red.

K2 Mod LTs with Mod 8 frames (I like the higher boot but also the longer 4 wheel frame) with BSB Titanium ABEC7 bearings and Hyper Hockey Pro 250 (outdoor hockey) wheels (80mm/84A). I used to use racing wheels but on concrete they wear out too quickly and the grip is only okay in turns. I can get 1000 miles out of the Pro 250s and they grip like the Hand of God in turns.

Very fast and very stable skates. I also use Speed Spray on the bearings. Great stuff. www.apicool.com/ss
