I buy products from them but I don't let them work on my car. Long story, suffice it to say it will be a cold day in he!! before a Pep Boy's "mechanic" touches my car.

The Pepgirls here is horrible as well. Shelves are a mess, customer service blows. You can't beat Mobil 1 buy 3 get 3 free. I have about 12 cases stocked up and get a few more every month.

btw--as far as letting them work on your car. Keep in mind, they're working @ pepboys for a reason, and not at a dealer. I prefer a dealer or a mom & pop place thats been around forever.

I typically do 100% of the work on my vehicles anyways.
