CMA made me a promise to have my BO'd order on a specific date (I had an important project to start). CMA's delivery was late to their warehouse. Instead of making me wait, even though the error was outside of their control, they still met their commitment by Over-nite shipping at
their expense (over 20 lbs) without me even asking in order to meet the deadline.
No excuses, sorry or "too bads".
Now, that's customer service!!!!

Patrick, I can understand how upset you are sense you bend over backwards to have excellent C.S at ExcelDetail. Unfortunately everyone isn't like you, CMA, Autopian store, Zaino, Autogeek, Pakshak and WCD.
