Uploading an Avatar?

I have tried to resize my picture in Photoshop to 100 x 100 megapixels. When I try to upload the picture, however, it tells me that it must be less than 7800 bytes. What do I need to do to upload this image. I currently use photobucket as a host for my pictures. Is there an option on photobucket to resize?

Any help would be appreciated as I have spent too long trying to figure this out. Thanks.

Click the "Edit" button above the thumbnail in PhotoBucket.

I have tried resizing the image on photobucket. It gets extremely small. I then try to import it to autopia and it tells me that it needs to be under 7800 bytes. I have tried resizing it to almost nothing but the bytes will NEVER get to 7800. What gives? I don't know what to do. This is frustrating.

Please help...

Is it in JPEG format to start with? I used a picture editing program and resized my Avitar to 100x69 which brought it down to a 3.41KB JPEG image.

If you want to send it to me I'll play with it and see if I can get it resized for you. PM me if interested.
