The Pope, in his final moments.

There were rumors earlier this morning that he had already passed, but now I'm seeing he's still alive.

This has been a really bad few weeks for deaths, hasn't it?

I think someone said Yahoo had an article or something up that said he had already died... I'm seeing threads on other boards about him already being dead.

Death is part of life and if there is anyone that shouldn't be afraid of death, it's the pope.

Isn't that the truth . We begin our journey towards death in this world on the day we are born. Depending on your belief we are headed for an even better life (I believe). Though I'm not rushing to my death, I try not to fear it. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow. Today is a gift, it's called the present. Rejoice and be glad in it.

If he isn't dead yet, he'll be gone by the weekend. He hasn't exactly looked great the past few years.
