To win drive a Baja

Yesterday at the SCCA NER second rally-x of the season Baja drivers KC and Chris N came from behind to capture 1st and 2nd in the 4WD Production class. The course was ice with icy snowbanks, with very slippery ice were you needed traction the most, in the turns. Ice ice ice ice, ice, with fluffy powder snow sprinkled on top to make the ice even slipperier. As the day went on the ice and snowbanks claimed the higher horsepower more nimble victims one by one. In the end, the Stis, WRXs, and Evos were left bowing down to the Bajas on New England. Congrats to KC for coming from WAAAYYY back in the pack. He had a treturous first run, then kept driving hard and smartly throughout the day to make up for lost time. He never took it easy and picked off the other cars in the class one at a time. Way to go KC.

Yeah, that looks like a blast.

Until you mess up and damage your car, but still a blast
