Got mine yesterday since I preordered from EBgames.... This game is awesome!!! This is all I have time to type right now as it's the precious free time I have to play between studying.

best game ever. started out with e46 m3. now has around 481hp.

I got up early today to play before I had to head off to class and now I'm getting to play more before I have to head back to the library...

I got the 270R from one of the licenses (I think ia) and it's pretty nice. Used it to beat the first "special condition race" and got a Cadillac Cien... 790hp! It's a beast!

i dont have xbox but in terms of gt3 vs gt4 i have noticed:

1) the tracks are tigher
2) alot more blind turns
3) more complex turns(ie a "4" turn changes to a "2" turn)
4) when u hit a wall or car, your screen briefly shakes
5) braking is a lot more realistic
6) not as easy to recover when at high speeds
7) tracks are not as smooth...alot more bumps

this game is so much more complete

they originally said they were going to impose a penalty system so intentionally hitting an oppenent would cause you a time penalty or a black flag but i havent seen it...im 3 laps from my super license

ps if you guys havent already...go in simulation, then home, then status, then hit the start button to upload gt3 credits....and buy a new car, only after buying used cars did i figure out how to buy a new car

jchetty, you get penalized for hitting the other car or the wall in the special conditions race. Your speed gets limited to 50 kph or something for 2-5 seconds.

It's a great game, I've been playing whenever I can for the past three days

If you do your licenses (a,b,ib,ia) and then just race with the cars you get from them, you can pretty much do a lot of the game w/o having to buy a single car... ;-)
