Paypal Balance

This may be a stupid question and have a very obvious answer to my problem, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to "cash out" the money on my paypal balance.

Help? Please?

Go to Withdrawl on the top menu.

yes, go to my account and then under that, it was have Withdrawl..

But then again i hate paypal.
